CACHI's Marcial Rafel got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paulino Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Chumo in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the game, Paulino Elazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramiro Rencio. Paulino Elazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Miguel Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Delfino in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Urtsin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CACHI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Obrero Dique de Barda the free kick. In the 17th match minute, CACHI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Urtsin to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Obrero Dique de Barda defense, Paulino Elazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramiro Rencio. The Obrero Dique de Barda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramiro Rencio should have stopped the shot. Bernabe Inautzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcial Rafel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Ramiro Rencio 27 minutes into the match. After 30 played minutes CACHI got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Urtsin. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Paulino Elazar took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Ramiro Rencio to make any attempt to save it. With 43 minutes on the clock, Mauricio Estavan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Obrero Dique de Barda fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Rafel made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Rafel in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramiro Rencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 played minutes Obrero Dique de Barda got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Gonzalez Del Solar. In the 63rd minute, Tobias Delfino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Rafel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Blas Refugio got free with Miguel Proença in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Rencio having to interfere. Adrian Gonzalez Del Solar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Ramiro Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Rafel, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Paulino Elazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernabe Inautzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Rencio having to interfere. Amado Gotzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcial Rafel struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ramiro Rencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACHI. 94 minutes into the match, CACHI's Marcial Rafel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramiro Rencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Obrero Dique de Barda players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CACHI.
