The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amador Lorencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Danilo Artal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Riquelme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puenteros FC the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo Riquelme getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Danilo Artal hit a great ball. If Elvio Gaur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Segundo Alfonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Riquelme's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puenteros FC the free kick. The supporters of Puenteros FC booed when Deportivo Riquelme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wawrzyniec Kaminski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Deportivo Riquelme defense, Fulgencio Ugutz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cleto Oalo. The Deportivo Riquelme fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cleto Oalo should have stopped the shot. Wawrzyniec Kaminski struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cleto Oalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puenteros FC. After a defensive mix-up in Puenteros FC's zone, Danilo Artal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Boldici came out of the goal and Danilo Artal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Manuel Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmar Cordeara's late challenge caught a Puenteros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Cordeara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31stth minute of the game Manuel Pena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Riquelme's Cleto Oalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wawrzyniec Kaminski took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cleto Oalo. Cleto Oalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Puenteros FC's Amador Lorencio got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Deportivo Riquelme booed when Puenteros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Pena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Riquelme's zone, Fulgencio Ugutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Oalo came out of the goal and Fulgencio Ugutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Cleto Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A collision led to Deportivo Riquelme getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Delmar Cordeara hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Epifanio Ulizes got free with Cleto Oalo in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvio Gaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Manuel Pena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cleto Oalo, 0-6. Amador Lorencio might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cleto Oalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amador Lorencio ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Riquelme's zone, Manuel Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cleto Oalo came out of the goal and Manuel Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd match minute, Deportivo Riquelme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Cordeara to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Deportivo Riquelme's goalkeeper Cleto Oalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Lorencio. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Desiderio Bemabe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puenteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Bemabe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Oalo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 86 minutes of play, Puenteros FC's Arda Bucak made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Oalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, Deportivo Riquelme's goalkeeper Cleto Oalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Lorencio. Arda Bucak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cleto Oalo came out and tried to block the shot, but Arda Bucak slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 92nd minute. Puenteros FC played a much better game than Deportivo Riquelme and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Riquelme players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
