In the 12th minute of the match Puenteros FC got a corner. Ranquilcó AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Epifanio Ulizes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gabriel Boldici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lech Mindykowski in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Igor Teofilio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ranquilcó AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Puenteros FC's Gabriel Boldici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Abascal in the 32nd minute of play. The referee ignored Puenteros FC's protests and gave Manuel Pena a yellow card for diving instead. Teobaldo Aztore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Kaminski in the 41st minute of play. Puenteros FC's Gabriel Boldici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Abascal in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amador Lorencio to make the kick off. In the 80thth minute of the game Amador Lorencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquilcó AFC's Teobaldo Aztore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teobaldo Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Bucak, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranquilcó AFC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Aztore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wawrzyniec Kaminski hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
