In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Cardales's goalkeeper Severiano Banegas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, TWISTER 2013's Lisandro Mercurio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severiano Banegas was left in no man's land by his defense there! DeAngelo Amor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Severiano Banegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Mercurio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severiano Banegas came out and tried to block the shot, but Lisandro Mercurio slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 30th minute. 38 minutes into the match, DeAngelo Amor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severiano Banegas. Los Cardales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that DeAngelo Amor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Estevon got free with Severiano Banegas in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and DeAngelo Amor made a kick off. Lisandro Mercurio might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Severiano Banegas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lisandro Mercurio ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Danilo Estevon managed to get in a good position for a shot. TWISTER 2013's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Estevon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severiano Banegas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerardo Cordairo hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Los Cardales's zone, Lisandro Mercurio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severiano Banegas came out of the goal and Lisandro Mercurio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When TWISTER 2013's Danilo Estevon in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When DeAngelo Amor came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the TWISTER 2013 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that DeAngelo Amor couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, DeAngelo Amor made a precise shot to the right of Severiano Banegas. Los Cardales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TWISTER 2013 had played much better football throughout.
