Severo Umbruso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Beti came free, but 姜桦国 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lionel-Andrés Messi made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, one of Deportivo Hernando:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. La Scaloneta's Marcos Acuña was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Severo Umbruso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 75th minute of the match, Lionel-Andrés Messi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Severo Umbruso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Severo Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis MacAlister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Paredes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Severo Umbruso came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro Paredes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 79th minute. A hard shot 85 in the game by Lautaro Martinez from a close distance when the talented Severo Umbruso managed to make a qualified save. Deportivo Hernando's players were relieved. La Scaloneta were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Deportivo Hernando's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leandro Paredes took the corner. The corner led La Scaloneta's Leandro Paredes to fire away a dangerous shot which Severo Umbruso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Severo Umbruso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Dybala in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Deportivo Hernando defense, Lautaro Martinez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severo Umbruso. The Deportivo Hernando fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severo Umbruso should have stopped the shot. La Scaloneta's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
