Gustavo Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valer Hăulică, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Mauro Luzaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartolo Neron during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Donato F.C got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Neron. Gustavo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Beti in the 14th minute of the match. Gustavo Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 33rd minute Joris Wermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Paolo Mon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gustavo Marques. Paolo Mon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Gustavo Marques stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celestino Beti's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Clemente Todor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustavo Marques came out and tried to block the shot, but Clemente Todor slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Bartolo Neron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauro Luzaide to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Valer Hăulică had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Marques. Deportivo Hernando's Celestino Beti got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Hăulică in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Joris Wermans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Gustavo Marques was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Donato F.C defense, Joris Wermans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Marques. The Donato F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Marques should have stopped the shot. If Mauro Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Deportivo Hernando's Severo Umbruso got control of the ball when Emilio Isauro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Donato F.C defense, Paolo Mon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Marques. The Donato F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Marques should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute of the match Deportivo Hernando got a corner. Donato F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joris Wermans ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Iker Ieltxu at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Donato F.C. 10-0. 88 minutes into the game, Deportivo Hernando's Celestino Beti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. In the 96th minute, Valer Hăulică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. There was no doubt that Deportivo Hernando were the better team. Deportivo Hernando's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
