The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naum Novoselski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Gorka in the 56th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Arturo Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Gorka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arturo Bernaldo came out and tried to block the shot, but Federico Gorka slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 60th minute. The Boca Juniors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
