Spectators: 7084 (Terracing: 5584, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Petre Bilașco kicked off to start the match. Casimiro Quilino's late challenge caught a Ceres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Quilino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ceres booed when Cremaster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 4 played minutes Ceres got a freekick which was hit by Petre Bilașco. Hugo Almeida took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Maidana. Astor Maidana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 11 played minutes Cremaster got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Quilino. In the 13th minute Hugo Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Maidana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astor Maidana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petre Bilașco's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Ceres's Petre Bilașco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Maidana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petre Bilașco in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Astor Maidana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 25th play minutes Petre Bilașco shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Astor Maidana and just under the crossbar into goal. After 29 minutes of play, Ceres's Petre Bilașco made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Astor Maidana was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Petre Bilașco in the 32nd minute of play forced Cremaster's goalkeeper Astor Maidana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Ceres's Petre Bilașco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Astor Maidana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Petre Bilașco sped through Cremaster's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Astor Maidana. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Isaias Frederico made the kick off in the second half. Isaias Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Patricio Abeita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petre Bilașco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Astor Maidana made a huge save. Casimiro Quilino got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Prospero Kelemen. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Isaias Frederico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cremaster's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Frederico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patricio Abeita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patricio Abeita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaias Frederico's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Cremaster's Hernan Shantala seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hernan Shantala the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cremaster protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hernan Shantala had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Cremaster's Hernan Shantala got a free kick in the 60th minute. Hugo Almeida struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Astor Maidana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceres. Petre Bilașco scored 0-8 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Maidana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Ceres's Petre Bilașco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Astor Maidana. That made the score 0-9 after 69 minutes of play. Hugo Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astor Maidana was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Hugo Almeida capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugo Almeida really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. Astor Maidana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Travassos in the 89th minute of play.
