In the 3rd minute, Ulises Ceandro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edelmiro Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ulises Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bonifacio Lucian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulises Ceandro in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bonifacio Lucian saved Villalonga FC from getting behind. Edelmiro Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Natalio Garaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvio Loren scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomiro Eguzki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bonifacio Lucian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Ceandro in the 23rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Mattin during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Villalonga FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Paulo Mattin hit a great ball. Edelmiro Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Club LUJAN booed when Villalonga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Mattin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 minutes of play, Club LUJAN's Edelmiro Herrera made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bonifacio Lucian was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes into the match, Villalonga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Herrera came free, but Bonifacio Lucian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Lucian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Ceandro in the 40th minute of play. Eliseo Orixe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Baldomiro Eguzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Villalonga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Herrera came free, but Bonifacio Lucian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvio Loren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Baldomiro Eguzki made a huge save. Ulises Ceandro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Herrera to strike the kick off in the second half. Club LUJAN's Ulises Ceandro got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villalonga FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Edelmiro Herrera scored to the left of an out of position Bonifacio Lucian, making the score, 1-2. Edelmiro Herrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Lucian having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Club LUJAN's Edelmiro Herrera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Lucian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Edelmiro Herrera kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bonifacio Lucian. That made the score 1-3 in the 76 minute of play. If Eliseo Orixe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Orixe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Baldomiro Eguzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Ceandro got free with Bonifacio Lucian in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the game, Eliseo Orixe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Baldomiro Eguzki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Club LUJAN could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villalonga FC throughout the match.
