The supporters of Viel FC booed when Real Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Rayman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Real Rosario's goalkeeper Filiberto Guillelmo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodosio Lapurdi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Maore in the 12th minute of play forced Real Rosario's goalkeeper Filiberto Guillelmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Viel FC's zone, Ivan Unai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jürgen Kalda came out of the goal and Ivan Unai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Real Rosario's Filiberto Guillelmo got control of the ball when Dante Etor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Maore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filiberto Guillelmo having to make a save. Filiberto Guillelmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Maore in the 33rd minute of the match. Benito Chap recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ivan Unai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jürgen Kalda having to interfere. Simon Macias hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ivan Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Real Rosario supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Real Rosario would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
