The crowd rose to their feet as Rafaela Fútbol Club's Higinio Osoitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edelmiro Demesio. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. 20 minutes into the game, Higinio Osoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Edelmiro Demesio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arkadiusz Gerlach kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Roque Fernanco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edelmiro Demesio having to make a save. In the 28th match minute, EZIC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Espiridion to maneuver through the defense. If Higinio Osoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the EZIC defense, Roque Fernanco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edelmiro Demesio. The EZIC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edelmiro Demesio should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustacio Bras was the one to do the kick off. Eustacio Bras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute, Marco Pelayo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roque Fernanco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Higinio Osoitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EZIC's Edelmiro Demesio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 60th minute, Ramon Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Eustacio Bras notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Rafaela Fútbol Club's Adam Dagenais. Adam Dagenais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 66th minute Saturnino Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Dagenais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in EZIC's zone, Higinio Osoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edelmiro Demesio came out of the goal and Higinio Osoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edelmiro Demesio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Osoitz in the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Higinio Osoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Demesio was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind EZIC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Demesio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Rafaela Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Mino to maneuver through the defense. Rafaela Fútbol Club's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
