Thanks to some nice moves Damaso Soter could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Marcos Peruxu however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 12 minutes, Yuan Jing Quan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuan Jing Quan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Peruxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Birila in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tibia y Peroné's zone, Atay İrem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Quintin came out of the goal and Atay İrem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes Tibia y Peroné got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Remicio. Damaso Soters short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Marcos Peruxu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ciriaco Quintin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuan Jing Quan, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 31 minutes, Atay İrem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cobo and the Tibia y Peroné players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Cobo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atay İrem to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Cobo's Marcos Peruxu got control of the ball when Damaso Soter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Score! 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yuan Jing Quan to strike the kick off in the second half. Brúnó Kovács hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Tibia y Peroné's Damaso Soter got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cobo's Marcos Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Birila in the 57th minute of play. Marcos Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Birila in the 59th minute of the match. Benigno Senio hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Atay İrem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Quintin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play.
