But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Dantae couldn't finish the play. After 17 played minutes Nirihau AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Galoer. In the 20thth minute of the game Prudencio Dantae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Naranja Mecanica's Ermegildo Jobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Foro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ermegildo Jobo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of La Naranja Mecanica booed when Nirihau AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Galoer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half La Naranja Mecanica were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gervasio Caetano made the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Salvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Caetano in the 52nd minute of the match. Nirihau AFC's Leonardo Salvino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Nirihau AFC from getting a goal against them. Nirihau AFC's Leonardo Salvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Lluterio in the 58th minute of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Pedro Foro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Naranja Mecanica's Ermegildo Jobo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Naranja Mecanica's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
