The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Gaufred during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arsenal de Sarandi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cochrane FC the free kick. Grigore Ganea kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Faustino Rico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Miguel Ferrando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Rico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hector Izel went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Angelino Donio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dionisio Sansone in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Izel in the 78th minute of play forced Cochrane FC's goalkeeper Faustino Rico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrizio Trabjerglund kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Hector Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Cochrane FC defense, Patrizio Trabjerglund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustino Rico. The Cochrane FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustino Rico should have stopped the shot.
