Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabio Emenon got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Guandacol's zone, Tadeo Gabon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Emeterio came out of the goal and Tadeo Gabon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 4thth minute of the game Tadeo Gabon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guandacol's Cayetano Emeterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Natalio Perpinya kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Fabio Emenon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarmiento de Junin's Robbie Boshuis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeo Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Emeterio having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Serapio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Robbie Boshuis. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Guandacol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Serapio to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Serapio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Robbie Boshuis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Junin's Spiridon Simitchiyski got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Luisito Ignazio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Celipe hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes, Sarmiento de Junin's Ernesto Benitez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cayetano Emeterio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sarmiento de Junin reached it. A collision led to Guandacol getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Amancio Txanton hit a great ball. Cayetano Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Gabon in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Sarmiento de Junin booed when Guandacol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Txanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Gabon was the one to do the kick off. When Amancio Txanton was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. In the 58th minute of the match Ernesto Benitez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cayetano Emeterio skillfully saved the ball. Tadeo Gabon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tadeo Gabon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Cayetano Emeterio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roque Oxarra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Cayetano Emeterio made a huge save. In the 68th match minute, Guandacol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Ignazio to maneuver through the defense. Ruperto Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Robbie Boshuis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Emeterio having to interfere. Luisito Ignazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tadeo Gabon in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cayetano Emeterio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Roque Oxarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robbie Boshuis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Ignazio in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Sarmiento de Junin eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
