Sixto Jobo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE. After a defensive mix-up in La Candelaria FC's zone, Godfredo Argina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixto Jobo came out of the goal and Godfredo Argina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Emanuel Pătran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Pătran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was beautiful to see C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's Maximino Txeru in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in La Candelaria FC's zone, Emanuel Pătran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixto Jobo came out of the goal and Emanuel Pătran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Argina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Jonathan Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute Blas Paio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Godfredo Argina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sixto Jobo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Ceferino Geleberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Geleberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Jobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sixto Jobo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Pătran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Pătran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Jobo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Emanuel Pătran managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Pătran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Jobo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Niceto Salomone fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Candelaria FC's protests and gave Niceto Salomone a yellow card for diving instead. Eliseo Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Jobo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blas Paio to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Pătran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Jobo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, La Candelaria FC's Adan Shepherd got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Aloísio Alves sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Candelaria FC's Sixto Jobo didn't even have to move. Sixto Jobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Pătran, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes La Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas Paio. A collision led to C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Maximino Txeru hit a great ball. Paulino Nabar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. A collision led to La Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Adan Shepherd hit a great ball. Godfredo Argina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Jobo having to interfere. Julian Restu charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julian Restu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes La Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Julian Restu. 74 minutes into the match, La Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Argina came free, but Sixto Jobo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, La Candelaria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Shepherd to maneuver through the defense. Sixto Jobo came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE's Emanuel Pătran. But to his dismay, Emanuel Pătran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Paulino Nabar came out of the goal and Blas Paio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo Ofelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Nabar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Ofelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Emanuel Pătran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sixto Jobo made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Emanuel Pătran sent off a good shot on target. After 97 minutes of play La Candelaria FC's Julian Restu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Godfredo Argina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.A.COLON DE SANTA FE played a much better game than La Candelaria FC and deserved their victory. The La Candelaria FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
