The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th minute, MaLuGe 3.0's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after El Cavalli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 16th minute Valentin Romelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Deal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sarasa AFC defense, Valentin Romelio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Big Deal. The Sarasa AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Big Deal should have stopped the shot. Mateo Jorrin scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Big Deal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the game, Fabian Cordeal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MaLuGe 3.0's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarasa AFC the free kick. Fabian Cordeal kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Valentin Romelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MaLuGe 3.0's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Romelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Vibjörnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Sarasa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Romelio came free, but Big Deal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of MaLuGe 3.0 booed when Sarasa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Fidele didn't get a good kick on the ball. Big Deal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Sadurni in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fermin Furtado to make the kick off. When the final whistle sounded MaLuGe 3.0 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sarasa AFC.
