Spectators: 6300 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luciano Pancho got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Coyotes booed when Velez Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Horado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Natalio Baleren in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Juvenal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Pancho in the 8th minute of play forced Velez Sport Club's goalkeeper Arsenio Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes Coyotes got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Kemen. Luciano Pancho took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Juvenal. Arsenio Juvenal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Velez Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Cordera came free, but Arsenio Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luciano Pancho came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Coyotes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Pancho couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute, Luciano Pancho made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Juvenal. Velez Sport Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arsenio Juvenal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luciano Pancho went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Arsenio Juvenal came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Coyotes's Luciano Pancho. But to his dismay, Luciano Pancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Arsenio Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Cordera in the 43rd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Velez Sport Club's Lorenzo Ariando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Bernat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximo Amor made a kick off. If Maximino Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Velez Sport Club's Arsenio Juvenal got control of the ball when Natalio Baleren tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Genaro Veronica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coyotes's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Veronica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Juvenal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Genaro Veronica took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Arsenio Juvenal to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Mariano Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Genaro Veronica reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arsenio Juvenal. The goal made the score 1-6. In the 67th minute, Natalio Baleren made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Juvenal. Velez Sport Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Arsenio Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Pancho in the 70th minute of play. Velez Sport Club's Arsenio Juvenal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Velez Sport Club from getting a goal against them. 76 minutes into the match, Natalio Baleren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsenio Juvenal. Velez Sport Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Baleren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. In the 79th match minute, Coyotes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eriberto Olo to maneuver through the defense. Coyotes's Gabriel Kemen pulled a muscle in his back after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Lorenzo Ariando's late challenge caught a Coyotes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Ariando helped the player get up and apologised. Lorenzo Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Americo Ieltxu's late challenge caught a Velez Sport Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Veronica in the 87th minute of the match. Arsenio Juvenal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Pancho in the 88th minute. Arsenio Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Pancho in the 91st minute of play. Velez Sport Club's Arsenio Juvenal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Velez Sport Club from getting a goal against them. During the 93rd minute of the match Eriberto Olo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eriberto Olo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match was over Coyotes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Velez Sport Club throughout the match.
