Spectators: 6300 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eulalio Orti started the match with the kick off. Eulalio Orti took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Juvenal. Arsenio Juvenal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 6th minute Mariano Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Velez Sport Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Quinteros came free, but Arsenio Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Quinteros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Arsenio Juvenal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eulalio Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 13 minutes into the match, PI FC's Mariano Quinteros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Juvenal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eulalio Orti took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Juvenal. Arsenio Juvenal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arsenio Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Juvenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Eulalio Orti scored 0-3 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsenio Juvenal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 23 minutes of play, PI FC's Filomeno Juvenal made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arsenio Juvenal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Velez Sport Club's Arsenio Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Orti in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Velez Sport Club getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Freddy Gabon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Orti in the 36th minute of play forced Velez Sport Club's goalkeeper Arsenio Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Quinteros took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arsenio Juvenal. Arsenio Juvenal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After some careless play in the Velez Sport Club defense, Eulalio Orti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arsenio Juvenal. The Velez Sport Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Juvenal should have stopped the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Gaspar Luke put in a rough tackle. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PI FC!

PI FC's Eulalio Orti got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Horado charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guaberto Horado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Omar Koldo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as PI FC's Filomeno Juvenal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arsenio Juvenal. That made the score 1-7 after 55 minutes of play. Arsenio Juvenal was a little too slow when Eulalio Orti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 1-8. In the 65th minute, PI FC's Filomeno Juvenal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arsenio Juvenal. Arsenio Juvenal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. 72 minutes into the match, Velez Sport Club's goalkeeper Arsenio Juvenal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eulalio Orti. In the 74th minute, Maximo Amor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Eulalio Orti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arsenio Juvenal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-11. After a rather tough play, Velez Sport Club's Omar Koldo got a free kick in the 78th minute. Eulalio Orti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Arsenio Juvenal made a huge save. Filomeno Juvenal struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Arsenio Juvenal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PI FC. Filomeno Juvenal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arsenio Juvenal came out and tried to block the shot, but Filomeno Juvenal slotted it home off the left post making it 1-12 in the 82nd minute. Romulo Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Ariando in the 86th minute of play. Filomeno Juvenal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-13 in the 88th playminute. Filomeno Juvenal struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Arsenio Juvenal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PI FC. The Velez Sport Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PI FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
