Spectators: 7646 (Terracing: 5736, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bonifacio Mazuste got the match started through his kick off. Eusebio Mel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Jaunzuria in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, BALLESTER F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lázaro Elixio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. JERE F.C.'s Bonifacio Mazuste got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebio Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Mazuste in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, BALLESTER F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Jaunzuria came free, but Eusebio Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BALLESTER F.C.'s Eusebio Mel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save BALLESTER F.C. from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, JERE F.C.'s Lázaro Elixio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusebio Mel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bonifacio Mazuste recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute of the match Tobias Cucao sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebio Mel skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the BALLESTER F.C. defense, Bonifacio Mazuste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusebio Mel. The BALLESTER F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusebio Mel should have stopped the shot. After 47 played minutes BALLESTER F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cândido Lamego.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felipe Herensuge made a kick off. Eusebio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Mazuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bonifacio Mazuste took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Mel. Eusebio Mel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bonifacio Mazuste's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebio Mel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Jeronimo Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Danilo Vergaray managed to get in a good position for a shot. JERE F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Vergaray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eusebio Mel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabio Polo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes BALLESTER F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Polo. After 68 minutes, Bonifacio Mazuste made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. BALLESTER F.C.'s Eusebio Mel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Guaberto Jaunzuria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Cucao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eusebio Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaberto Jaunzuria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Mel having to interfere. In the 85th minute Bonifacio Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Cucao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebio Mel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
