Eusebio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Henrico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Velez Sport Club getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Bassi Gol hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Felipe Herensuge put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ezequiel Gotzon. Velez Sport Club's Blas Henrico suffered a concussion in the 19th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Velez Sport Club made a substitution. Cauã Coelho replaced Blas Henrico. In the 21st match minute, BALLESTER F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Enmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Herensuge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Gotzon made a huge save. Jeronimo Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Hilario Sotero kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Coelho in the 36th minute of play forced BALLESTER F.C.'s goalkeeper Eusebio Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Felipe Herensuge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ezequiel Gotzon. Velez Sport Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Herensuge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Velez Sport Club's goalkeeper Ezequiel Gotzon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe Herensuge was the one to do the kick off. When Velez Sport Club's Cauã Coelho in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Ellande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 66th minute, Honorio Benet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezequiel Gotzon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Herensuge went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, BALLESTER F.C.'s Jonas Izel got a free kick in the 77th minute. Arnaldo Enmanuel was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to BALLESTER F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arnaldo Enmanuel hit a great ball. With his leg Eusebio Mel managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Velez Sport Club's Cauã Coelho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Velez Sport Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Feliciano Niguel in the 83rd minute. A hard shot 85 in the game by Cauã Coelho from a close distance when the talented Eusebio Mel managed to make a qualified save. BALLESTER F.C.'s players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Herensuge in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ezequiel Gotzon saved Velez Sport Club from getting behind. After having played for 88 minutes, Jeronimo Ellande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BALLESTER F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Ellande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bassi Gol's late challenge caught a BALLESTER F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
