In the 36th minute Delmar Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Normando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cayetano Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Brion in the 39th minute of the match. The Barrilete Cósmico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Normando should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmar Irrintzi in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Normando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Jonatan Cuarto hit a great ball. Epifanio Ferdinand, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cayetano Normando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Brion in the 64th minute of the match. Cayetano Normando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venancio Brion's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Venancio Brion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Normando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes, Aristides Dalmau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrilete Cósmico and the Devoto club social players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Devoto club social booed when Barrilete Cósmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Devoto club social's David Martinez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cayetano Normando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Devoto club social had played much better football throughout.
