Cafe Veloz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bernal FC the free kick. Roberto Eneas kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Bernal FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Bembe. Arnoldo Rosario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Fernandes in the 12th minute. Wilfredo Checa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Rosario made a huge save. Auke Popken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Seber's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Arnoldo Rosario was a little too slow when Pablo Gaxan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 3-1. 28 minutes into the match, Bernal FC's Pablo Gaxan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Rosario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arnoldo Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Rosario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfredo Checa in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Bernal FC's Gilberto Fernandes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Rosario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidro Elija during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilberto Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Rosario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Fernandes in the 39th minute. Gilberto Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th match minute, Cafe Veloz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Hernando to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Bernal FC's Pablo Gaxan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Rosario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Gaxan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pablo Gaxan took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnoldo Rosario. Arnoldo Rosario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 57th minute of the game Ignacio Tolino made a throw-in which Rodolfo Hernando played forward. Auke Popken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Seber, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Bernal FC's Julian Cordarell was substituted for Pablo Gaxan. Francisco Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Rosario having to interfere. A collision led to Cafe Veloz FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Robustiano Cedro hit a great ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Julian Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bernal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Julian Cordarell put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnoldo Rosario. Arnoldo Rosario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Fernandes in the 87th minute of play forced Cafe Veloz FC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Cafe Veloz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Cedro to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Cafe Veloz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Norino came free, but Arnoldo Rosario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafe Veloz FC's Arnoldo Rosario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Checa in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Julian Cordarell made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Rosario. Cafe Veloz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Bernal FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
