Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilberto Goizeder kicked off to start the match. Nereo Rius hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, German Berriotxoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Chus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Charro in the 15th minute of play forced Esquina's goalkeeper Lorenzo Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adolfo Chus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Bernabel went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Esquina's zone, Gilberto Goizeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Peli came out of the goal and Gilberto Goizeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernan Asier charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernan Asier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Esquina got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Asier. After a defensive mix-up in Esquina's zone, Niceto Salvidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Peli came out of the goal and Niceto Salvidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernan Asier got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Luro AFC booed when Esquina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Asier didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Nereo Rius fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luro AFC's protests and gave Nereo Rius a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th minute, Nereo Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lorenzo Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rene Ciceron in the 41st minute. Luro AFC's Adolfo Chus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Berriotxoa in the 42nd minute of play. The Luro AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Esquina were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when German Berriotxoa made the kick off in the second half. In the 87th minute, Alejandro Charro made a precise shot to the right of Lorenzo Peli. Esquina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Lorenzo Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Goizeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Rene Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Luro AFC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Esquina to win.
