Edgardo Seber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Adolfo Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Efrain Lizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luro AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cafe Veloz FC the free kick. Arnoldo Rosario was a little too slow when Aaron Toribio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Gilabert during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cafe Veloz FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Godofredo Gilabert hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Alejandro Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luro AFC's Adolfo Chus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Seber in the 32nd minute of play. Natalio Intxixu's late challenge caught a Luro AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Natalio Intxixu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cafe Veloz FC's Natalio Intxixu got a free kick in the 36th minute. Alejandro Charro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Roberto Eneas hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Goizeder made a kick off. Edgardo Seber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Rosario came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Luro AFC's Gilberto Goizeder. But to his dismay, Gilberto Goizeder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Luro AFC booed when Cafe Veloz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Hernando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 74th minute, Gilberto Goizeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aaron Toribio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Urbasa came free in the 84th minute and tried to tip the ball over Adolfo Chus, but to the joy of Luro AFC's supporters the ball went over. Godofredo Gilabert struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Adolfo Chus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cafe Veloz FC. After 88 played minutes Luro AFC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Salvidor. 93 minutes into the game, Luro AFC's Gilberto Goizeder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Rosario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cafe Veloz FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Luro AFC.
