Maximo Checa hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Simon Pello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolás De la Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ya Veran's Fulgencio Dolcet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Pello in the 12th minute of play. Nicolás De la Cruz scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Placido Peio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Venancio Mannie hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Maximo Checa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes of play, Ya Veran's Osmar da Rocha made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Peio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Osmar da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Du Zhen Ang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Placido Peio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolás De la Cruz in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Peio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osmar da Rocha struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Placido Peio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ya Veran.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osmar da Rocha to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Nicolás De la Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Placido Peio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmar da Rocha got free with Placido Peio in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aristides Ulizes charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Ulizes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in No fue Joda.. Murio Gente fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! When Joe Oyen came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Ya Veran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joe Oyen couldn't finish the play. If Osmar da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Ya Veran getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Osmar da Rocha hit a great ball. Placido Peio came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Ya Veran's Nicolás De la Cruz. But to his dismay, Nicolás De la Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Ya Veran made a substitution. Venancio Elazar replaced Yuli Pirinski. Nicolás De la Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Placido Peio made a huge save. Osmar da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Placido Peio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ya Veran's Froilan Rey got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, No fue Joda.. Murio Gente's goalkeeper Placido Peio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Mouricio. If Joe Oyen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Rodolfo Aznaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Ya Veran could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than No fue Joda.. Murio Gente throughout the match.
