Amado Regis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Eloy Raebert made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Caradaro during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes Club Atlético Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Diego Caradaro. Eloy Raebert made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Amado Regis sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Eloy Raebert successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Club Atlético Talleres booed when ☢ ØکVǺLDØ CIVIL€ FC ☢ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ☢ ØکVǺLDØ CIVIL€ FC ☢'s zone, Amado Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Raebert came out of the goal and Amado Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Amado Regis came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Club Atlético Talleres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Regis couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Montrell to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Club Atlético Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Caradaro to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Club Atlético Talleres's David Maghiran in action when he in the 92nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! There was no doubt that Club Atlético Talleres were the better team. Club Atlético Talleres's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
