Jacinto Taurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Urbasa in the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Feliberto Ted shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Taurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Prochnost's goalkeeper Claudinei Velloso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Tome. Herminio Asier's late challenge caught a MORMONES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Herminio Asier helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Prochnost was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Asier to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Taurino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matías Suárez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The MORMONES players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Prochnost were winning 0-5.

Prochnost made a substitution. Odod Pitoy replaced Rigoberto Ladio. In the 54th minute, Evelio Urbasa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prochnost fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Evelio Urbasa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacinto Taurino came out and tried to block the shot, but Evelio Urbasa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute of the match, Matías Kranevitter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacinto Taurino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 62 minutes of play, Prochnost's Matías Suárez made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Taurino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Prochnost's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
