In the 13thth minute of the game Conrado Avellaneda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colmena's Zeledon Goyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Conrado Avellaneda in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Goyo saved Colmena from getting behind. Luis Dodorol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jacinto Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Conrado Avellaneda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Goyo was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Dodorol was the one to do the kick off. MORMONES's Jacinto Taurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Dodorol in the 52nd minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Conrado Avellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Favila in the 57th minute of play. Raul Luken kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Generoso Abar came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Colmena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Abar couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Dodorol in the 81st minute of play forced MORMONES's goalkeeper Jacinto Taurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
