In the 15th minute Siro Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Perutxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celedonio Lauro in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Perutxo saved NECOROJO FC from getting behind. The goalkeeper, Aurelio Barea, was totally fooled by NECOROJO FC's Desiderio Txanton, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 24th minute, Evaristo Frisco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in NECOROJO FC's zone, Siro Luke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adan Perutxo came out of the goal and Siro Luke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adan Perutxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Luke, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Aurelio Barea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Kelemen in the 39th minute. NECOROJO FC were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Club Atlético Longchamps's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Desiderio Txanton took the corner. The corner ended in Gaudencio Kelemen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Longchamps's Aurelio Barea did a great save. In the 42nd match minute, NECOROJO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Cidro to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Cambranes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Adan Perutxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnoldo Cambranes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Barea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes Club Atlético Longchamps's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Desiderio Txanton who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Club Atlético Longchamps booed when NECOROJO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Tono didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Cambranes got free with Adan Perutxo in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 68 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Longchamps's Bernardo Galsino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adan Perutxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, NECOROJO FC's Adan Perutxo got control of the ball when Siro Luke tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Atlético Longchamps played a much better game than NECOROJO FC and deserved their victory. The NECOROJO FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
