In the 45th minute, Efrain Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Liquid Spirit booed when Gryffindor Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Tabby didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Timo was the one to do the kick off. Carmine De Bonis thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Marcelo Amundarain, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 0-5. Marcelo Amundarain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Vimaro in the 59th minute of the match. Marcelo Amundarain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Gryffindor Lions's Gogo Vimaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Amundarain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After 66 played minutes Gryffindor Lions got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Timo. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Marcelo Amundarain successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcelo Amundarain was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Gogo Vimaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gogo Vimaro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. Marcelo Amundarain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Liquid Spirit defense, Gogo Vimaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Amundarain. The Liquid Spirit fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Amundarain should have stopped the shot. Liquid Spirit's Marcelo Amundarain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Vimaro in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th minute, Efrain Videl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
