Rene Joey charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Joey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Rene Joey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Soldados de Moreno getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Nemesio Rufo hit a great ball. Libor Libani hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Pipo Pipa made a precise shot to the right of Gogo Manilan. Argentina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gogo Manilan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Everardo Cordaryal's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Soldados de Moreno getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nemesio Rufo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Soldados de Moreno's Tomás Socorro got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Argentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Fagondo to maneuver through the defense. After 36 minutes of play, Soldados de Moreno's Everardo Cordaryal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gogo Manilan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th match minute, Soldados de Moreno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Gotzon to maneuver through the defense. Gogo Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Cordaryal in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Soldados de Moreno were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Urko to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Everardo Cordaryal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gogo Manilan was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56th match minute, Argentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Urko to maneuver through the defense. The Argentina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gogo Manilan should have stopped the shot. After 63 played minutes Argentina got a freekick which was hit by Rene Joey. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Cordaryal in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gogo Manilan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute of the match, Everardo Cordaryal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gogo Manilan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 67 minutes of play Argentina's Rene Joey was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Rene Joey kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Gogo Manilan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Everardo Cordaryal's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Donato Diegotxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Cristofol having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, Soldados de Moreno's Everardo Cordaryal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gogo Manilan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 78th minute, Everardo Cordaryal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gogo Manilan. The goal made the score 0-6. In the 86th minute Everardo Cordaryal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Cordaryal in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Argentina's Gogo Manilan got control of the ball when Ciriaco Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Cordaryal came free, but Gogo Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Everardo Cordaryal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Soldados de Moreno left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Argentina.
