After 11 minutes of play, TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Baldomero Micael made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dario Vedillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Baldomero Micael's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Vedillo was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Dario Vedillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Micael in the 21st minute of the match. Dario Vedillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Micael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Vedillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Micael in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes Xeneize 2 FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baldomero Micael who took care of the corner kick. Hermengildo Pelayo made a great header on TRINQUETA 1997 FC's corner, it was just that Xeneize 2 FC's Dario Vedillo managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Harriet got free with Basilio Iigo in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Xeneize 2 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Micael came free, but Dario Vedillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Vedillo came out of the goal and Jeronimo Basajaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Micael took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Vedillo. Dario Vedillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Baldomero Micael made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Baldomero Micael kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dario Vedillo. That made the score 1-4 in the 52 minute of play. After a rather tough play, TRINQUETA 1997 FC's Hermengildo Pelayo got a free kick in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on TRINQUETA 1997 FC's corner Faustino Porfiro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dario Vedillo quite easily take care of the ball. Wilfredo Arnau hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Baldomero Micael didn't quite understand what happened when in the 97 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. TRINQUETA 1997 FC played a much better game than Xeneize 2 FC and deserved their victory. The Xeneize 2 FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
