Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Donato Cebrian kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the game, Elvio James was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salto AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brujateam the free kick. Elvio James hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. If Donato Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 12 played minutes Brujateam got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Urti. Elvio James, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Vladimiro Admon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Elvio James was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 16 minutes had been played. When Tadeo Celipe came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Salto AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Celipe couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Salto AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Omar Lia hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Salto AFC's Maarek Ojakäär got a free kick in the 30th minute. Teobaldo Belarmo kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Siro Odon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Tono in the 44th minute. After 47 played minutes Salto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Filomeno Tono. In the 48th minute of the match Arturo Urti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Admon skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Orlin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brujateam's Teobaldo Belarmo got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Maarek Ojakäär sped through Brujateam's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Siro Odon. Salto AFC's Maarek Ojakäär got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Arturo Urti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brujateam's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Urti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimiro Admon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Brujateam getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Arturo Urti hit a great ball. Tadeo Celipe struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Siro Odon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salto AFC. Christian Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Mino in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimiro Admon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teobaldo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Vladimiro Admon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Arturo Urti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 95 minutes, Tadeo Celipe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salto AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeo Celipe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Brujateam getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Teobaldo Belarmo hit a great ball. Salto AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
