After some careless play in the Portezuelo defense, Anselmo Carlomagno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Oihenarte. The Portezuelo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Oihenarte should have stopped the shot. Niceto Oihenarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Carlomagno in the 47th minute of play. Niceto Oihenarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Vistruario went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. The Portezuelo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Suciedad F.C were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eusebio Vistruario was the one to do the kick off.
