Club Atletico Gral Acha's Jose Bonifaco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Ciocan in the 14th minute of play. Silvestre Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jose Bonifaco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Matei Ciocan came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Animán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Ciocan couldn't finish the play. Animán's Ulises Pasqual got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matei Ciocan took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Bonifaco. Jose Bonifaco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Club Atletico Gral Acha booed when Animán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Pascal Rouge didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Gral Acha's zone, Matei Ciocan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Bonifaco came out of the goal and Matei Ciocan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Animán's Artur Mosiniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Bidun in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Matei Ciocan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Ulises Pasqual managed to get in a good position for a shot. Animán's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulises Pasqual was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Bonifaco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Matei Ciocan came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Animán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Ciocan couldn't finish the play. Animán played a much better game than Club Atletico Gral Acha and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Gral Acha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
