The referee ignored PrOZz's protests and gave Gerardo Baumer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to PrOZz getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gerardo Baumer hit a great ball. Chi Legay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torrey Matthews, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Torrey Matthews ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chi Legay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Chi Legay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulryk Nakoneczny in the 19th minute of play. Chi Legay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tião Castro in the 21st minute of play. In the 21st minute Tião Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chi Legay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of PrOZz booed when Club Atlético Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chi Legay came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Talleres's Tião Castro. But to his dismay, Tião Castro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Club Atlético Talleres booed when PrOZz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Argoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the PrOZz defense, Ulryk Nakoneczny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chi Legay. The PrOZz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chi Legay should have stopped the shot. If Ulryk Nakoneczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, PrOZz's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Nakoneczny came free, but Chi Legay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Tião Castro notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of PrOZz's Chi Legay. Chi Legay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 46 played minutes Club Atlético Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Torrey Matthews. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Higinio Osasun made a kick off. A collision led to PrOZz getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Higinio Osasun hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, PrOZz's goalkeeper Chi Legay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tião Castro. Chi Legay came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Talleres's Ulryk Nakoneczny. But to his dismay, Ulryk Nakoneczny quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Gerardo Baumer hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, PrOZz's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Mitxel came free, but Chi Legay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chi Legay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Nakoneczny, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ulryk Nakoneczny had several of the PrOZz's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 69 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Chi Legay as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 79th minute, Torrey Matthews ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chi Legay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 83 minutes into the match, PrOZz's goalkeeper Chi Legay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tião Castro. When Higinio Osasun came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the PrOZz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Osasun couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ulryk Nakoneczny took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Chi Legay to make any attempt to save it. PrOZz's Chi Legay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save PrOZz from getting a goal against them. Club Atlético Talleres's Felipe Ekaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Osasun in the 93rd minute of play. Cleto Ourente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The PrOZz fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atlético Talleres were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
