The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Gaspard came free, but Cipriano Baraquiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Eugenio Gaspard notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Rivadavia's Cipriano Baraquiel. Cipriano Baraquiel came out and tried to block the shot, but Lino Remicio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 88th minute. Santamarina's Marcelino Nafarroa suffered a sore thigh after 91 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Santamarina's Bruno Reno was substituted for Marcelino Nafarroa. In the 93rd match minute, Rivadavia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Lobo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rivadavia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. David Prejun hit a great ball. Santamarina played a much better game than Rivadavia and deserved their victory. The Rivadavia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
