The audience was convinced that Casimiro Eneas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Ixidor was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Cafayete FC's Mauro Ixidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Eneas in the 15th minute of play. Mauro Ixidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Eufemio in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Casimiro Eneas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Ixidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cafayete FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AgroVet United the free kick. In the 74thth minute of the game Maximino Hunfredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AgroVet United's Cristian Laurentzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Mauro Ixidor managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when AgroVet United's Casimiro Eneas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mauro Ixidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Mikeldi in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximino Hunfredo in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Laurentzi saved AgroVet United from getting behind. With a little luck, Cafayete FC's Mauro Ixidor got control of the ball when Casimiro Eneas tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Joaquin Eufemio took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Mauro Ixidor to make any attempt to save it. Omar Asad hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, AgroVet United's Julian Balesio got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Cafayete FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AgroVet United's performance. The match ended with a win for AgroVet United.
