An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Bieito in the 9th minute of play forced river FC's goalkeeper Ionel Cândea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, river FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ellie Tobing to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, river FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Bieito came free, but Ionel Cândea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 林崇镇 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ionel Cândea having to make a save. Ionel Cândea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 林崇镇, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20thth minute of the game 林崇镇 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but river FC's Ionel Cândea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ciro Bieito came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Andalhualá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Bieito couldn't finish the play. Nestor Hanot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benicio Rosalio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After 33 minutes, Ciro Bieito made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. river FC's Ionel Cândea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 played minutes river FC got a freekick which was hit by Ellie Tobing. 36 minutes into the game, 林崇镇 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ionel Cândea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. river FC's Ionel Cândea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Bieito in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, river FC's goal looked a bit too open when 林崇镇 came free, but Ionel Cândea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Bieito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaudencio Perez was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, river FC's David Vistruario got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Amado Pere fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored river FC's protests and gave Amado Pere a yellow card for diving instead. Amado Pere hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The supporters of Andalhualá booed when river FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Andalhualá's Ionel Cândea threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ciro Bieito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Andalhualá's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cosme Bastiaro in the 67th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when 林崇镇 got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-5. 68 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Gaudencio Perez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benicio Rosalio was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 林崇镇 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. With a little luck, river FC's Ionel Cândea got control of the ball when 林崇镇 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Andalhualá supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Andalhualá would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
