When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Leukothoe Sakelaris took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Artemio Lekubegi to make any attempt to save it. In the 27th minute, Totin Nuñez made a precise shot to the right of Artemio Lekubegi. inter's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Guido Ler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. After a defensive mix-up in inter's zone, Emiliano Aznaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Lekubegi came out of the goal and Emiliano Aznaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, inter's Gonzalo Macario got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ezequiel Ilazki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Artemio Lekubegi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Guifre in the 38th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, AC Rangers's Leukothoe Sakelaris ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Artemio Lekubegi. Artemio Lekubegi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0.

AC Rangers made a substitution. Yücel Özakıncı replaced Guido Ler. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emiliano Aznaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Ezkerra got free with Rosendo Balesio in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the game, AC Rangers's Emiliano Aznaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artemio Lekubegi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Artemio Lekubegi came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Rangers's Yücel Özakıncı. But to his dismay, Yücel Özakıncı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Yücel Özakıncı managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Rangers's supporters rose to their feet, but Yücel Özakıncı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
