Troncos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rosendo Ugutz in the 39th minute. Troncos FC's Rosendo Ugutz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rene Jerico in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Anaya to make the kick off. The EasyTarget fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Troncos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
