An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Bras in the 5th minute of play forced Higuerita FC's goalkeeper Olívio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Olívio Oliveira managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Troncos FC's Gerardo Bras fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Olívio Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Bernardino Ur sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th minute Gerardo Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gerardo Bras came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Troncos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Bras couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Gerardo Bras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olívio Oliveira was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Olívio Oliveira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Olívio Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Bras, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Troncos FC were awarded a corner. Rosendo Ugutz went to the cornerflag to take it. Erubiel Acosta took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Vítor Paes. José Vítor Paes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gerardo Bras struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Olívio Oliveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Troncos FC. After 48 minutes, Pavlin Borgov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Higuerita FC and the Troncos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pavlin Borgov hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erubiel Acosta was the one to do the kick off. Troncos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rosendo Ugutz in the 56th minute. The corner ended in Rosendo Ugutz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Higuerita FC's Olívio Oliveira did a great save. In the 59th minute, Anastasio Berdaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Higuerita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Bras came free, but Olívio Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Bras in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olívio Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerardo Bras in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olívio Oliveira saved Higuerita FC from getting behind. Gerardo Bras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mario Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Pérez in the 76th minute of play forced Higuerita FC's goalkeeper Olívio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Bras in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olívio Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gerardo Bras sped through Higuerita FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Olívio Oliveira. Olívio Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Bras in the 80th minute of play. Mario Chaime kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Olívio Oliveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Bras went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 89th minute Gerardo Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olívio Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 minutes, Gerardo Bras made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Higuerita FC's Olívio Oliveira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Troncos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
