They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Gonza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Evelio Leguizamón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Jacobo Lucero managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Nereo Gonza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jacobo Lucero came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Venancio Calvet. But to his dismay, Venancio Calvet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Damian Urko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Evelio Leguizamón got a free kick in the 58th minute. ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Wincenty Bentkowski shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jacobo Lucero but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Evelio Leguizamón got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes, Nereo Gonza made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Independiente's Jacobo Lucero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Prudencio Ibar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacobo Lucero came out and tried to block the shot, but Prudencio Ibar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Gonza in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Lucero saved Independiente from getting behind. The supporters of ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ booed when Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Gomesano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's Carolo Beltxe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Lucero. That made the score 0-9 after 74 minutes of play. Prudencio Ibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Jacobo Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo Gomesano kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Arnaldo Weather's late challenge caught a ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnaldo Weather helped the player get up and apologised. Arnaldo Weather hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Sarracino got free with Jacobo Lucero in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacobo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venancio Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Lucero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Ibar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Jacobo Lucero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nereo Gonza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 96 minute of play. ꜱᴀɴ ᴍᴀʀᴛɪɴ ᴅᴇ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
