Spectators: 7200 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hermengildo Cordeara took the kick off in the first half of the match. Seclantas F.C's Niceto Turi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermengildo Cordeara in the 3rd minute of play. Niceto Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Cordeara in the 7th minute of play. Niceto Turi came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Vinicio Walme. But to his dismay, Vinicio Walme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Hermengildo Cordeara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Turi having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Hermengildo Cordeara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niceto Turi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 18th minute Hermengildo Cordeara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Turi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Turi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Cordeara went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 俞锋烽 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliciano Tanio in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinicio Walme during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vinicio Walme hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute NEWELL´S OLD BOYS were awarded a corner. Desiderio Florian went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Baldomiro Pio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Leo Lore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Niceto Turi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermengildo Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Seclantas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Lluciano came free, but Niceto Turi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niceto Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Cordeara in the 44th minute of play. Walter Madrigal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. 俞锋烽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Lore took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Turi. Niceto Turi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The Seclantas F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS were winning 0-5.

The wind increased when Epifanio Acosta made the kick off in the second half. 0-6 became the score in the 56th minute when Hermengildo Cordeara elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Seclantas F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vinicio Walme fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 俞锋烽 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Acosta in the 64th minute of play. In the 64th minute Epifanio Acosta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 俞锋烽 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes in the game Rosendo Pacorro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Feliciano Tanio. In the 70th minute, Baldomiro Pio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Acosta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. 俞锋烽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Turi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conrado Lluciano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 76 minute of play. Niceto Turi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Cordeara, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Walter Madrigal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Conrado Lluciano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Niceto Turi. That made the score 0-8 after 83 minutes of play. Hermengildo Cordeara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Turi having to interfere. Niceto Turi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Conrado Lluciano in the 91st minute. After 92 minutes of play, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Hermengildo Cordeara made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niceto Turi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niceto Turi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Cordeara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 98 minutes, Rosendo Pacorro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seclantas F.C and the NEWELL´S OLD BOYS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 98 played minutes Seclantas F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Pacorro. Niceto Turi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Cordeara in the 99th minute of play.
