With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adolfo Perrando in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orla Haxmark saved Arribeños Sur from getting behind. Robustiano Chorache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Brænden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arribeños Sur's Orla Haxmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Perrando in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Eduardo Beliran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arribeños Sur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Libertarios Futbol Club the free kick. In the 38th minute Modesto Txeru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Chorache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
