In the 18th minute Roman Arlo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rik Heck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Roman Arlo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Rik Heck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 24 minutes, Cleto Solustiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serbia y Mantonegro and the Garchofila FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Serbia y Mantonegro's Rik Heck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Arlo in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Arlo in the 28th minute of play forced Serbia y Mantonegro's goalkeeper Rik Heck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rik Heck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Arlo in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Serbia y Mantonegro defense, Roman Arlo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rik Heck. The Serbia y Mantonegro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rik Heck should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Garchofila FC's Roman Arlo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rik Heck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 35thth minute of the game Roman Arlo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia y Mantonegro's Rik Heck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anselmo Manex kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Alvaro Jesco fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garchofila FC's protests and gave Alvaro Jesco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Serbia y Mantonegro booed when Garchofila FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvaro Jesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Roman Arlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Serbia y Mantonegro's Cleto Solustiano got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Garchofila FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabian Erdiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Garchofila FC's Roman Arlo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rik Heck. Rik Heck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 56 minutes into the match, Serbia y Mantonegro's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Arlo came free, but Rik Heck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the last second Rik Heck throw himself and got hold of the ball when Roman Arlo in the 58thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 61st minute, Roman Arlo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rik Heck, passed just outside the right post. Fabian Erdiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Generoso Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Roman Arlo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rik Heck was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Garchofila FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Erdiano came free, but Generoso Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Erdiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Generoso Jon having to make a save. In the 94th match minute, Serbia y Mantonegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Solustiano to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Garchofila FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
