An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Marino in the 8th minute of play forced River Fran's goalkeeper Lorenzo Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lorenzo Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Marino in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Lisandro Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ordono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Irrintzi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Lisandro Tajo struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Daniel Ordono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River Fran. In the 45th minute Conrado Irrintzi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 45 minutes into the game, Feliciano Fernandez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River Fran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centenario FC the free kick. Centenario FC made a substitution. Remigio Garcia replaced Conrado Irrintzi. After 47 played minutes River Fran got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Fernandez. The River Fran players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Centenario FC were winning 0-1.

The supporters of Centenario FC booed when River Fran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. River Fran's Lorenzo Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save River Fran from getting a goal against them. The supporters of River Fran booed when Centenario FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Hustaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Senen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Daniel Ordono. Centenario FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, River Fran's goalkeeper Lorenzo Arias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionisio Marino. Cleto Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ordono having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Conrado Cordaryal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Centenario FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Cordaryal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dionisio Marino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Lorenzo Arias made a huge save. After some careless play in the River Fran defense, Dionisio Marino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Arias. The River Fran fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Arias should have stopped the shot. Cleto Eutropio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Daniel Ordono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The River Fran fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Centenario FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
