In the 37th minute Steffen Lazarev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Lertxun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Avellaneda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Unax, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Rosendo Avellaneda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Justin in the 40th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Benjamin Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Avellaneda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Unax, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barak Trump to strike the kick off in the second half. Geronimo Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barak Trump's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Garoa during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ampolla booed when San Miguel City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Garoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Justin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rosendo Avellaneda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ampolla's Barak Trump got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rodrigo Unax succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 59th playminute. With his leg Rosendo Avellaneda managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when San Miguel City's Rodrigo Unax fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 68th minute, Agustin Hernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ampolla's Rosendo Avellaneda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Justin in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Unax notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ampolla's Rosendo Avellaneda. Rosendo Avellaneda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Artemio Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Lertxun having to interfere. Agustin Hernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 87 played minutes Benjamin Justin rounded Ampolla's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. The Ampolla fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. San Miguel City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
