Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guaberto Caitano took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lorenzo Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guaberto Caitano in the 3rd minute of the match. Ariel Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Arias having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guaberto Caitano in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorenzo Arias saved River Fran from getting behind. Guaberto Caitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Lorenzo Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daviana Sport's Aquilino Orlo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Daviana Sport from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the match, Cleto Eutropio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aquilino Orlo, 1-0. Justo Precioso charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justo Precioso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Daviana Sport's Aquilino Orlo got control of the ball when Cleto Eutropio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Erasto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Feliciano Fernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Aquilino Orlo made a huge save. In the 27th minute, Guaberto Caitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lorenzo Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Caitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Fermin Porfiro kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in River Fran's zone, Ariel Erasto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lorenzo Arias came out of the goal and Ariel Erasto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ariel Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Lorenzo Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Lisandro Tajo made the kick off in the second half. Aquilino Orlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Daviana Sport's Guaberto Caitano in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. River Fran's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isidoro Senen in the 61st minute. Ariel Emesto made a great header on River Fran's corner, it was just that Daviana Sport's Aquilino Orlo managed to reach the ball for a save. Lorenzo Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Caitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Aquilino Orlo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Porfiro in the 71st minute of play. When Guaberto Caitano came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Daviana Sport fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Caitano couldn't finish the play. In the 85th match minute, Daviana Sport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Berriotxoa to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Daviana Sport booed when River Fran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Porfiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Ariel Erasto took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Lorenzo Arias to make any attempt to save it. Many of Daviana Sport's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Daviana Sport may have spent more time on the ball, but River Fran were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
